We have experienced, knowledgeable and helpful staff that cover a variety of specialised services.

A trained Customer Service department stands at the ready to support you between 9am and 5pm on weekdays to answer any product or service queries and will manage any special requests through to their completion to ensure you get the right information and solution needed.

We can offer national next day, timed and same day emergency deliveries or collections as required to meet the demands of the customer.

We offer a wide range of Medical products, equipment and associated consumables, both standard and customised.  Our sales and technical team are always available to discuss any customised product requirements.

We can offer a number of services, including consignment stock, sale or return, small instrument repairs, and loan of scheduled or emergency equipment kits to offer you a complete solution for your needs.

Our national field based sales teams can offer advice and guidance on choosing the right products for your needs. Including on-site support, technical advice on appropriate products and applications, including customisation for bespoke product solutions. They are available to train your teams on a one to one or group basis and can attend cases until you are fully confident in all aspects of the product.

Where applicable Pyramed Ltd will facilitate preceptorships and protectorships for new technologies.

Sales marketing and communication support, including product literature and dispatch to customers; our presence at industry product exhibitions; provision of customer mailings on our latest products, news and events; and support for account management sales related information.

We have a specialised Tenders Administration function for sourcing and submitting of sales tenders with procurement offices and also maintain customer’s On-line Catalogues, Online multi-quotes and provide tender usage reporting as required.

Other service support offered includes, sales order processing, financial billing and correspondence,  and managing of back orders with suppliers through to fulfilment. Customer relations, sales and service queries and/or resolution of any complaints. Administration of sales special pricing contracts or sales quotations and we manage any product repairs & returns through to its completion.
